Data we collect
When you submit a project inquiry, we collect the information you enter: project type and context, current website or application link, preferred timing, budget range, name, email address, company name, and project description. Please do not include sensitive personal data in the project description.
The hosting infrastructure and Formspree may also process technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, such as IP address, browser type, access time, referrer, and request logs.
Purpose and legal basis
We use inquiry data to review your request, communicate with you, clarify the scope, and prepare a proposal or take other steps you request before entering into a contract. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Where that basis does not apply, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, maintaining the security of the website and form, and keeping a reasonable record of business communication. Inquiry data is not used for newsletters or unrelated marketing without separate consent.
Service providers and transfers
Project inquiries are processed through Formspree, Inc., which receives the submitted form data and delivers it to FRONTA. This website loads Inter and Space Grotesk fonts from Google Fonts. When loading those files, Google may receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser details.
Website hosting and email providers may process limited technical or message data when needed to operate, secure, and deliver the website and correspondence.
Retention
If an inquiry does not result in a project, its content is normally deleted within 12 months of the last communication. If we enter into a business relationship, relevant correspondence and records may be retained for the duration of the relationship and longer where required by accounting, tax, other legal obligations, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
Who receives the data
Data is accessible to FRONTA and to service providers that are necessary to receive the inquiry, host the website, operate email, or provide technical support. Data is not sold, rented, or shared for third-party marketing. It may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
Cookies and analytics
FRONTA currently does not use analytics or marketing cookies on this website. If analytics or other non-essential technologies are introduced, this policy and the relevant consent controls will be updated before they are used.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and date will always be published on this page.
