Process

Every project has a different scope, but the collaboration stays simple. From the first conversation to launch, you work directly with me, and we agree each next step before I move forward.

How it works

Four steps, one point of contact.

01

Inquiry and agreement

Tell me what you need through the project form or by email. I review the information, reply by email, and arrange a call if we need to clarify anything. Before work starts, we confirm what is being built, the price, and the approximate timeline.

02

Content and structure

Before visual design, we organize the information and define how people will move through the website or application.

For websites

We define the content, pages, key messages, and actions visitors should take.

For applications

We define the features, user flows, key screens, and data the application needs.

You provide accurate business information and existing materials. I can organize and edit them and, when agreed, use AI tools to prepare initial content drafts. You approve the factual accuracy before launch.

03

Design and development

I create an original design for the project and turn it into a working website or application. You review working versions during the project and tell me what needs to be adjusted, clarified, or changed.

04

Testing and launch

Before launch, I check the relevant features, content, forms, integrations, responsive layouts, and performance. Depending on the agreement, I also set up the domain and hosting and publish the finished project.

After launch

Support for what comes next.

A website or application needs ongoing attention after launch: content changes, technical maintenance, improvements, and new requirements as the business develops.

Depending on the project, I can handle hosting, domain registration and renewal, updates, security maintenance, content changes, redesigns, and new features.
